JIM LUEERS
Guest Conductor - PYCO February 15, 2009 Concert

James Lueers has been a music director in the Pittsburgh area since 1990. His organ performance degrees are from the University of Kansas and Indiana University, Bloomington. He also spent two years as a Fulbright scholar in Vienna, Austria studying organ with Peter Planyavsky.

He is presently Minister of Worship and Arts at Memorial Park Church where he directs the Chancel Choir and oversees the services and arts events. He is also a composer with particular interest in dramatic musicals and has conducted many volunteer and professional orchestras at the church.

He resides in Hampton Township where he and his wife, Cathy enjoy life with their four daughters.
